Malasada aka Hawaiian donuts! If you haven't had them, you must visit this bakery shop; it's the "southern most bakery in the USA". We stopped here on our way to Volcanoes National Park and were not disappointed. They have a variety of traditional malasada which are like sugared donuts. I'd recommend trying the mango. They also have taro, guava, cream filled, and other fun flavors. You can also get coffee, other beverages, lunch (sandwiches or hot plates, and even souvenirs! There was a long line but we got our order pretty quickly. Easy and free parking. Busy atmosphere inside but not hectic.

The cheeseburger was a really nice surprise! It was very delicious. I wish I had a second one. The meat was interesting looking, but I looked beyond that because it tasted so good. I really enjoyed the bread rolls that I got both the guava and the original tasted delicious! They were only $.50 apiece. I wish I got more, perhaps a whole bag. I think I'm just salty over sweet I thought the sugar / original malasada was alright. I don't care for custard filled things. But my partner enjoy it! It can get busy here but, patience is key! There are two lines, both provide the same service!
